Fees and Payments

Premium Community Tiers
Our online community may offer premium membership tiers with additional features and benefits. The fees for premium tiers are listed on the community membership page and are subject to change at any time. Premium tier subscriptions may be recurring and will automatically renew until canceled by you. You may cancel your premium tier subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
We accept payment through various methods, including credit card and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment in the course or downgrade your community membership tier.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
The materials provided as part of our online courses, including any videos, presentations, slides, and written materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the course. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials without our express written permission.
User Content and Community Conduct
Our website, online courses, and online community allow you to post comments, reviews, create profiles, and share other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on our website, online courses, or online community, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute your User Content for any purpose, including for promotional purposes.
Community Conduct and Prohibited Activities

- Posting massive walls of text or blank space that disrupt normal conversation
- Ban or warning evasion
- Continued complaining after moderation actions
- DDoSing or any similar technical attacks
- Moderation and Enforcement: Our community is subject to both automated and manual moderation. We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these rules
- Issue warnings for violations of community standards
- Temporarily suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate these terms
- Downgrade premium tier memberships for users who violate these terms
- Community Moderators: Our community may be moderated by designated moderators who are not our employees. These moderators act on our behalf to enforce these Terms of Service. You agree to respect the decisions of moderators, and any disputes about moderation actions should be directed to us through the appropriate channels, not by public complaints in the community.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of posting it. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or edit any User Content.
User Profiles
You may create a profile in our online community that includes personal information. What you choose to share in your profile is at your discretion, but we recommend that you exercise caution when sharing personal information. You are responsible for all information you include in your profile and should not include sensitive personal information.
No Direct Messaging
Our community platform does not allow direct messaging between users. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction by using other means to contact users outside the community platform is prohibited.
No Commercial Activity
Commercial activity between members is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to selling products or services, soliciting clients, multi-level marketing, cryptocurrency promotion, or any other form of commercial solicitation.

OUR WEBSITE, ONLINE COURSES, AND ONLINE COMMUNITY ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and community moderators harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our website, online courses, or online community, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and your use of our website, online courses, and online community shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
