I’m Jerad Hill — a husband, father of four, and a lifelong tinkerer living in Kalispell, Montana. I’ve been building websites since the early 2000s and teaching online since 2012.
How I got here
I started building websites because a business I was running needed one and I couldn’t afford to hire anyone. That turned into building sites for other people, which turned into people asking how I did it — and in 2012 I recorded my first course instead of answering the same question a hundred more times.
Since then I’ve taught more than 450,000 students. WordPress, Elementor, live streaming, drones, iPads, Apple gear, and the productivity systems that keep four kids and several projects from running me over.
How I teach
Short lessons. No filler. Real screens, real settings, and the reasoning behind the choice — because a setting you understand is one you can adapt when the software changes next year.
I don’t teach anything I don’t use. Every course comes out of work I was already doing, which is also why courses get updated rather than abandoned.
